Vinyasa Flow

Traditional vinyasa flow led by our experienced instructors. Take each class at your own pace. Our instructors offer multiple variations and modifications for poses to suit everyone in the yoga practice.

YS Power Vinyasa

Radiate energy with fun vinyasa sequences that strengthen and open your body through fast-paced, total-body flows. This flow is a great choice for intermediate yogis looking to build strength and be challenged by high-energy flows.

These classes encourage you to explore your limits and challenge your practice through dynamic and continuous flows that build strength and increase endurance.

YS Yoga Sculpt

When muscle meets yoga, yoga sculpt is born. Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout.

Combining traditional yoga poses with strength training, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted.

Mat Pilates

Pilates is a full-body exercise designed to improve daily activities and livelihood. It emphasizes core work to develop a healthy movement pattern and coordinates movement and breath together to work smaller and deeper stabilizing muscles.

Sound Bath Meditation

Experience the power of sound vibrations, the resonance of which transports you into a deep state of relaxation where your physical mental, and emotional self can rest and rejuvenate.

Sound bath is a practice to find a state of relaxation and have a meditative experience by immersing in various sounds of instruments and their resonance and vibrations have healing and relaxing power.

It’s like you "bathing" in sounds from the instruments and their theta brainwave frequencies reduce stress, improve mood and balance mental physical, and emotional states.

Immersive Stretching Class

Say goodbye to muscle pain, tension, and fatigue.

In this class, we will explore the art of flexibility training. We will work with the whole body to explore our ranges of motion. The class will include a full-body warm-up before moving through poses to improve strength, flexibility, and skills related to full-body mobility.

The Candlelight Restorative Yoga


Slow-paced and restful practice among soft calming candlelight. Poses are held for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. The only work that's required on your part during a restorative yoga practice is to pay attention to your breath and become aware of any sensations or thoughts that may arise.

The movement is gentle, the music is soft, and you can unwind in a way that feeds your body, mind, and soul.

Serene Yin

A slower-paced class, where poses are held longer to allow your muscles to lengthen and relax.

This class will help you to improve your posture, increase mobility in your muscles and joints, release tension, and feel grounded. 

HIIT Pilates

A high-intensity, low-impact interval workout with pilates principals. Take your cardio workout to another level as you push out of your comfort zone. You’ll work up a sweat fast at a high intensity and then slow down for a quick recovery period, followed by another round of high intensity.

YS Yang Yin

Yin and Yang are the Taoist concepts to describe the two relative qualities present in everything. Yin is internal, passive, cooling, and downward. Yang is external, dynamic, warming, and upward. Combining both Yin and Yang elements in one class provides a balanced practice and can have a powerful effect on energy levels.
