Yes- Yoga is for everybody! Don't let a lack or flexibility or strength turn you off to yoga! Everyone starts somewhere, and in every Yoga Space class, we encourage you to do whatever you need to do to feel comfortable. Let an instructor know you are new to yoga, and we will be happy to show you a few basics and how to modify any pose to make it work for your body.
Yoga makes you feel great in body, mind and soul. It strengthens, challenges, relaxes, and opens your mind. You’ll find that your flexibility is increased and your sleep becomes deeper.

We suggest wearing comfortable clothing that you can move in! Bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated. We provide mats and props free of charge. For higher intensity classes like HIIT Pilates or Yoga Sculpt, we recommend bringing a mat towel or rent one for $3. Please refrain from wearing perfumes or strongly fragranced lotions as a courtesy to other students.

No. All of our classes are held at a comfortable room temperature.
