  • Yes- Yoga is for everybody! Don't let a lack or flexibility or strength turn you off to yoga! Everyone starts somewhere, and in every Yoga Space class, we encourage you to do whatever you need to do to feel comfortable. Let an instructor know you are new to yoga, and we will be happy to show you a few basics and how to modify any pose to make it work for your body.

    Yoga makes you feel great in body, mind and soul. It strengthens, challenges, relaxes, and opens your mind. You’ll find that your flexibility is increased and your sleep becomes deeper.

    Benefits of yoga include:

  • We suggest wearing comfortable clothing that you can move in! Bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated. We provide mats and props free of charge. For higher intensity classes like HIIT Pilates or Yoga Sculpt, we recommend bringing a mat towel or rent one for $3. Please refrain from wearing perfumes or strongly fragranced lotions as a courtesy to other students.

  • No. All of our classes are held at a comfortable room temperature.

  • We provide mats and props free of charge!

    You are welcome to bring your own mat if you feel more comfortable.

  • Most people notice some changes even after their very first practice. Remember that everybody is different and your yoga journey is just as unique as you are! The more you practice, the more benefits you will see.

  • You are in the right place! Yoga will help open up your muscles so you can stretch safely and prevent injury.

  • Is this your first time practicing yoga or maybe your first time back in a studio after a long period? No problem, all of our classes are open levels and are designed in a way for everyone to follow along and receive the many benefits of yoga, regardless of your age or fitness level.
