Join us for a candlelit 2-hour journey that honors the cyclical nature of the seasons, weaving together mindful movement and intentional sound. This curated sequence of Yin yoga postures, each held for 3-7 minutes, is designed to release tension in both body and mind. Adding music, specifically composed and performed for each pose, creates a harmonious interplay between stillness and sound.
