Sound Bath Meditation

How to prepare?

Sound Bath is a practice used in sound therapy to find a state of relaxation and have a meditative experience by immersing in various sounds of instruments.

It's like "bathing" in sounds from the instruments and their resonance and vibrations have healing and relaxing power, which helps balance physical mental, and emotional systems.

When we direct sound vibrations and frequencies to promote healing, sound waves affect the body and subconscious mind and they react to the vibrations in a way that helps to achieve a state of relaxation and helps to clear the negativity and stagnant energy in the body.

You typically lie down on the mat or you can seat if you have any problem with your back, closing your eyes and trying to relax your body and your mind while listening to various healing instruments like Tibetan or crystal singing bowls.

To make an experience powerful, you should set an intention for a session.

Any question you want to ask yourself and get an answer or

simply intention of relaxation and getting rid of anxiety and balancing out the emotional and mental level.

With the first sounds of Tibetan singing bowls we control our breathing and we need to allow ourselves to be and any thought coming to our mind has a place. There is no right and wrong in this meditation.

Frequencies of the sound of the Tibetan bowl remove any stagnant energy from our bodies, releasing tensions or blockages and opening up the energy flow.

We simply allow ourselves to let go of control, let go of rush and be present.

The sounds of a crystal singing bowl almost hypnotize you in a trance where you don't have to follow a melody or find a melody in a sound but simply be one with it.

Vibrations of a sound by Crystal singing bowls move us to a deep state of relaxation where you are going on a journey with yourself.

You can experience a lot of different things, lucid dreaming, memories from childhood, any emotions which were blocked and it's ok. If you want to laugh or cry or any kind of emotion wants to be released you should do it, that's how you know that the sound is cleansing you from inside.

The sounds with their vibrations can raise hidden pain and help to ease it to release and calm your mind.
